Members recently completed the 16-hour Engine Company Operations through the Bucks County Public Safety Training Center course in conjunction with members from Independent Fire Company of Jenkintown and Lamott Fire Company of Cheltenham Township. Topics in the course included fire behavior, fire dynamics, apparatus positioning, use of attack/backup lines, and primary water supply. The class culminated in a full-day of scenario based evolutions to practice the learned skills.
